Questions we get before the van shows up.
Booking, coverage, parts, and payment — the things people usually want to know before they let a stranger loose on their engine.
Getting on the calendar
How far in advance do I need to book?+
Most slots are available within 24–48 hours, and many neighborhoods have same-day openings. Book online or call dispatch to see what's open near you.
What happens if it's raining or snowing?+
Most jobs go on as scheduled — our vans carry canopies and work lights for exactly this. If a repair genuinely isn't safe to do outdoors, we'll reschedule you first in line for the next clear window.
Can you come to my workplace?+
Yes. Tell us the address and a description of where the car's parked — garage level, lot section, spot number — when you book.
Vehicles, parts, and scope
What makes and models do you work on?+
Most gas-powered cars, trucks, and SUVs from the last 20 years. Tell us your make and model when you book and we'll confirm we're equipped for it.
Do you carry parts for my specific vehicle?+
Our vans stock common wear items — pads, belts, filters, batteries — for popular makes. For anything less common, we order it ahead so it's already on the van when we arrive.
What if you get here and the problem is bigger than expected?+
We stop and explain what we found before doing anything beyond what you booked. If it needs a second visit or a part we don't have on hand, we'll tell you honestly and get it scheduled.
How a quote actually works
How do you price a job before you've seen the car?+
We give you a rough sense when you book, based on the symptoms and vehicle, then a firm number on-site once we've actually looked at it — before any work starts.
Do you charge extra for coming to me?+
No separate "mobile fee." The visit is part of the job, not an add-on.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Card, tap-to-pay, or invoice for approved commercial accounts.
Where and when we show up
What areas do you serve?+
Downtown, Westside, Northgate, Riverside, Eastland Park, Harbor District, and most of the surrounding metro within a 25-mile radius.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?+
In most zones, yes. Same-day availability depends on how full the day already is — the earlier you book, the better your odds.
